Device overview:
NT-CTE concentric tubular seawater electrochlorination system is a high-tech equipment independently developed by Shanghai Sciyee Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. and using SCITEC'S proprietary technology. It can serve the recycling water sterilization and disinfection of large-scale oil, electricity, LNG and other systems along the coast. The equipment adopts SCITEC'S proprietary technology electrodes to achieve a highly efficient and energy-saving seawater electrochlorination system. It has been running many projects at home and abroad for many years, and the safety and superiority of SCITEC system have been confirmed by more and more customers.

Equipment features of seawater electrochlorination system:

 

 

● Standardized design of electrode set: The standard design of each electrode set can be seamlessly replaced between electrode accessories, and the output of 500kg/h unipolar machine can be achieved through arrangement and combination;
● Long pickling cycle: pickling cycle 6-12 months;
● High pressure of electrolytic cell: the maximum operating pressure of the electrolytic cell can reach 1.0MPa;
● Easy maintenance and replacement: self-maintenance design, light and compact, small maintenance workload, no heavy machinery is required for maintenance, and 2 people can achieve single electrode disassembly and maintenance.

The equipment is composed of seawater lifting module, seawater electrochlorination system module, sodium hypochlorite storage module, sodium hypochlorite dosing module and control module.
