Device overview:  
NT-H tube plate type seawater electrochlorination system is a high-tech equipment independently developed by Shanghai Sciyee Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. and using SCITEC'S proprietary technology. It can serve the recycling water sterilization and disinfection of large-scale oil, electricity, LNG and other systems along the coast. The equipment adopts SCITEC proprietary technology electrodes to achieve superior seawater electrolysis efficiency and energy saving effect. It has been running many projects at home and abroad for many years, and the safety and superiority of SCITEC system have been confirmed by more and more customers.

Equipment features of seawater electrochlorination system:  
● Duplex type: embedded anode and cathode integration; multiple electrolysis units are provided in an electrolytic cell; no busbar between electrodes is required, the contact resistance is small, and the power consumption is low;  
● The main equipment occupies a small footprint: it can make full use of the upper space and save the floor space;  
● High voltage and low current operation: lower power consumption, low busbar and cable cost;  
● Fully transparent cylindrical design: the fully transparent electrolyzer design can observe the operation of each electrode, which is convenient for judging the state of the electrode and the timing of pickling;  
● Unique cycle design: it can effectively improve the pickling cycle of the electrode from 30 days to 60 days (except for special water quality); at the same time, it protects the electrode and reduces the damage of heavy metal ions in seawater to the anode coating.


Equipment composition of seawater electrochlorination system:  
The equipment is composed of seawater lifting module, seawater electrochlorination system module, sodium hypochlorite storage module, sodium hypochlorite dosing module and control module.
