Sciyee’s high-concentration sodium hypochlorite generator is a small-to-medium electrochemical system designed for on-site remote applications. It uses food-grade salt to safely, economically, and efficiently produce high-purity, commercially viable sodium hypochlorite solutions. These systems can be configured to produce sodium hypochlorite solutions with concentrations ranging from 5% to 17%. This product eliminates safety issues related to the storage and use of pressurized chlorine, as well as the high costs, supply, and feasibility challenges associated with bulk chemical suppliers.

Introduction to Main Equipment of High-Concentration Sodium Hypochlorite Generator:
Electrolytic Cell System: Adopts a partitioned electrolytic cell design with selective ion membrane technology and coated titanium electrodes. The membrane electrolytic cell avoids conventional anode scaling and eliminates the need for electrode pickling. It reduces the need for bulk transportation and over-storage, significantly saving costs compared to market products.
Power Supply System: Employs thyristor DC power supply and adjustable current source, maintaining stable DC output within 1%.
