Description

Device overview:
ME series electronic disinfection equipment is a self-developed equipment independently developed by Shanghai Sciyee Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. and using SCITEC'S proprietary technology to activate disinfection and water purification. The new high-efficiency, oxidation-resistant, and contamination-resistant electrodes allow direct treatment of low-TDS water bodies without the need to add any chemical products. It can effectively control the growth of algae, bacteria and Legionella in treated water bodies. At the same time, it can produce a variety of effects such as weak alkaline reducing water and neutralizing free radicals in the human body. It can serve various occasions such as swimming pools, water tanks, circulating water, landscape water and so on.


Equipment stand-alone output:
The output of electronic disinfection needs to be determined according to the content of TDS and chloride ions on different test strips.
The output of the single machine can range from 1g/h to 1.8kg/h.


Disinfection principle:
(1) Electric field strength and electron direct sterilization
The microelectrolysis reaction of water on the electrodes of the water treatment system makes the electric field strength in the water far greater than the 130V/m that microorganisms can adapt to, accelerates its physiological metabolism rate, and promotes the withering of bacteria.
Through the high-speed movement of electrons, it impacts the bacterial cell membrane, destroys its ion channels, causes its death, and achieves the purpose of sterilization.
(2) Produce strong oxidizing active substances for sustainable sterilization and disinfection
Microelectrolysis can produce reactive oxygen species H2O2, · OH and other active substances with strong oxidation can destroy cell membranes and penetrate into the inside of cells, destroying the chain structure of organic matter, thus causing microorganisms to die.
When the water contains Cl-, in addition to the microelectrolysis reaction, the anode and cathode will also undergo the following reactions:

●The equipment is combined with the water purification system to disinfect the purified water again to ensure that the effluent meets the water quality requirements.


Process flow
1. Circulation treatment: suitable for water tanks, fire water tanks, TDS and water bodies with low chloride ion content.

 

2. Bypass treatment: suitable for landscape water, circulating water, large swimming pools, TDS and water bodies with high chloride ion content.
