Introduction and Applications of PAC/PAM:

Coagulant PAC and coagulant aid PAM are widely used in drinking water, sewage treatment, and industrial wastewater treatment, with excellent turbidity removal, decolorization, and deodorization effects. The principle is to adjust the electrical properties of colloidal particles in water to promote aggregation, forming larger flocs that settle, thereby purifying the water quality.

Introduction to PAC/PAM Dosing Equipment:

The PAC/PAM dosing device is a fully automatic complete dosing system that prepares, dissolves, matures, and precisely doses chemicals with water in a certain ratio. It achieves precise water quality management through basic principles such as flow measurement, chemical metering, liquid mixing, and control systems. It can be configured as a skid-mounted unit or an integrated dosing device. The main workflow includes material suction by a feeder, storage in a closed silo, precise feeding by a feeder, dissolution and preparation in a stainless steel dissolving tank, and dosing to the target point via a screw pump. It can meter the corresponding chemicals based on flow rate and fully mix chemicals with water to achieve stable water treatment effects.
The PAC/PAM dry powder dosing device consists of three main components: 1. Mixer; 2. Solution tank; 3. Metering device and dosing equipment. When the equipment is started, the system automatically starts when the liquid level in the storage tank is below the medium level. When the liquid level in the storage tank reaches the high level, the system automatically stops liquid preparation until the liquid level in the storage tank is below the medium level, and then restarts liquid preparation. If the liquid level in the storage tank drops to the low level, the system automatically alarms and stops after a delay.

Under specified production capacity and continuous liquid dosing conditions, the solution maturation time exceeds 1 hour for thorough maturation;
Good corrosion resistance, with all parts in contact with the medium made of engineering plastics and stainless steel;
Equipped with a water-material premixing device to accelerate powder hydration and avoid powder caking;
Adopts a three-tank overflow integrated structure with small footprint, easy installation, and low maintenance.
