Introduction and Applications of Carbon Dioxide Dosing:

The carbon dioxide dosing device mainly consists of a storage system, vaporization auxiliary heating system, circulating water system, precise dosing system, and control system. It achieves precise dosing through the precise regulation of online flow meters and automatic control valves. The system can realize PLC automatic control based on raw water pH value and pH value signals at the dosing point.

Introduction to Carbon Dioxide Dosing Equipment:

Gas Storage Tank: Vacuum-insulated cryogenic storage tank. Carbon dioxide is stored as low-temperature high-pressure liquid, fed by tank trucks. The density of liquid carbon dioxide is 1.1kg/L, and the density after vaporization is 1.997g/L (at 0℃).
Vaporizer: Ambient air vaporizer, electric heating vaporizer, water bath vaporizer. The main function of the vaporizer is to convert liquid gas into gaseous gas. During the process, attention should be paid to preventing excessive heat absorption, which may cause pipeline icing and equipment damage. The selection of the vaporizer is based on the calculation of carbon dioxide dosing volume with a certain margin reserved. The vaporized carbon dioxide is quickly prepared into carbonic acid through a carbonic acid generator and dosed to the chemical dosing point.
Dosing Device: The dosing device mainly consists of an electromagnetic flowmeter, pH meter, electric control valve, gas flowmeter, pressure sensor, carbon dioxide preparer, and PLC control system. It receives vaporized carbon dioxide gas, controls the gas under a certain pressure, improves the solubility and stability of carbon dioxide through nanometer aeration combined with packing mixing, and finally realizes stable dissolution of carbon dioxide to form carbonic acid for dosing into water.
